Ingredients:
1 can salmon
1 egg
1 Tbsp. meal
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 onion, chopped
Dash of black pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Gravy:
Keep out 2 Tbsp. salmon. Put in a small bowl with a little chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Pour out most of the grease from frying patties. Thicken with flour. Stir in salmon mixture. Serve over salmon patties.
