Riverview Recipe: Riverview’s Pecan Pie

1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. white Karo syrup
2/3 c. sugar
pinch of salt
¼ c. milk
5 tbsp. butter or margarine
3 eggs



Mix all ingredients together, pour into uncooked pie crust and bake until firm. Cook 50-60 minutes at 325 degrees. (Mix pie by hand instead of using electric mixer.)
