Ingredients
1 medium cabbage, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
½ cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 ½ tsp. celery seed
½ tsp. pepper
1 cup vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
½ tsp. dry mustard
Directions:
- Mix first four ingredients together and let stand in a serving bowl.
- Mix the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil in a sauce pan.
- Pour over cabbage mixture while hot. Marinate overnight. This will keep well in refrigerator for several days.
