Riverview Recipe: Mac ‘n Cheese

Macaroni and Cheese

8 oz. box elbow macaroni

¼ c. pimento, chopped

1 can cream of mushroom soup

¼ c. chopped green pepper

1 c. mayonnaise

1 lb. sharp grated cheese

¼ c. grated onion


Cook macaroni and drain. Mix other ingredients with macaroni and pour into 9×12 inch casserole. Top with buttered breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until it bubbles.
