RIVERVIEW RECIPE: Lime Congealed Salad

Ingredients:

 

1 small package lime jello

1.5 cups boiling water

1 c. miniature marshmallows

3 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 carton whipping cream, whipped

1 c. chopped nuts

1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

 

Directions:

Bring water to boil, add jello and mix, then add marshmallows; stir until melted. Add cream cheese and blend well. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Add chilled pineapple, nuts, and whipped cream. Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
