RIVERVIEW RECIPE: Layered Salad

Ingredients:

1 head lettuce

1 small box frozen garden peas, uncooked

1 c. chopped celery

1/2 c. chopped onions

1 c. chopped bell peppers

4 eggs, boiled and sliced

10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 c. mayonnaise, mixed with 2 Tbsp. sugar (spread over the top, sealing edges)

2 c. grated cheddar cheese

 

Directions:

 

Prepare salad greens. Layer the ingredients in the order listed. Cover tightly and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
