Riverview Recipe: Ice Cream Sauce


1 cup dark brown sugar

3 tbsp. white karo syrup

3 tbsp. butter

¼ cup milk

1 cup chopped pecans



  1. Combine all ingredients, except pecans. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes. Do not stir.
  2. Remove from heat and add chopped pecans. Serve on vanilla ice cream.
