Riverview Recipe: Gazpacho

Ingredients:

1 clove garlic

10 oz. shrimp, boiled

6 tbsp. lemon juice

3 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped

2 cups tomato juice

½ cup green pepper, chopped

½ cup onion, chopped

¼ cup parsley, minced

½ cup olive oil

Salt and tobacco sauce to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Split and rub garlic over bowl, discard.
  2. Place shrimp in bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add all other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
