Riverview Recipe: Barbecued Baked Beans


2 medium bell peppers, chopped

1 stalk celery, sliced

2 medium onions, chopped

4 cloves garlic

½ cup brown sugar

1 tbsp. dry mustard

2 pounds ground beef

1 small bottle catsup

2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

2 cans pork and beans


Brown beef and drain. Sauté pepper, celery and onions. Combine all ingredients in casserole. Bake 1 ½ hours at 300 degrees.
