Riverview Recipe: Artichoke Dip

Artichoke Dip

1 c. Hellmann’s Mayonnaise

1 can artichokes, chopped

1 small can parmesan cheese

Garlic salt to taste

 

Mix all ingredients and bake in 350 degrees oven for 20 minutes.

Serve with melba rounds or prepare toasted bread as follows:

Cut off crust.

Slice as in diagram.

Toast in slow oven for 20 minutes or until crisp.
