Dorothy’s Fried Chicken Riverview Style

1 fryer cut up (wash and drain well)

salt and pepper (lots of pepper)

 

Sprinkle about 4 dashes hot sauce over chicken and mix well.

Shake well in flour and deep fry in peanut oil, which has been preheated to 325 degrees. Cook 20 minutes, turning once or twice, or until golden brown.
